Due to the sacred and sensitive nature of our products, we follow a strict return and replacement policy to maintain the purity and integrity of every creation.

🔸 Return Policy

We do not accept returns once an order has been processed or delivered, as each Trivah piece is consecrated and energized.

🔸 Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement.

  • After 1 hour, cancellations are no longer possible as we begin the energizing and packaging process.

🔸 Exchange / Replacement Policy

We offer a 1-day replacement policy for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To be eligible, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof such as unboxing videos and images (mandatory).

Please note:

  • Exchanges are not available for size issues, quality concerns, or personal preferences.

  • Refer to the product description and sizing details before purchasing.

  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer, or are not in their original packaging, are not eligible for replacement.

🔸 Replacement Process

  1. Initiate Request: Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number, reason, and proof of issue.

  2. Return Product: Ship the unused product in its original packaging to our address.

  3. Verification: Once received, our team will inspect and verify the product.

  4. Replacement Fee: A flat ₹200 fee applies for approved exchanges, covering shipping and handling.

  5. Receive Replacement: After verification and payment, we’ll dispatch your replacement and share a tracking number.

🔸 Complaint Acknowledgment & Resolution

  • Our grievance officer will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours of receipt.

  • We aim to resolve all complaints within 30 days from the date of acknowledgment.

In unforeseen circumstances, Trivah reserves the right to void a shipment and issue a refund for applicable orders.
We also reserve the right to refuse returns or replacements that do not comply with our policy guidelines.
